#1 MAX-AIR™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper

Our #1 MAX-AIR™ brand is our latest generation of perforated Kraft paper and wax paper. #1 MAX-AIR™ is a field-proven perforated 40 lb. Kraft underlay paper used on Lectra, Gerber, Assyst-Bullmer, Investronica, Tukatech and other vacuum cutters. #1 MAX-AIR™ quality insures a strong and smooth sheet structure that provides excellent flotation and maximum productivity. With its extra large hole perforations, it replaces more costly 7/8" and 2" punched papers - extra large holes make that possible. Other punched paper contains confetti - the paper circles that get stuck in your table's bristle blocks resulting in loss of vacuum draw and contaminated fabric. #1 MAX-AIR™ Kraft paper eliminates these issues and keeps your cutting room operations running smoothly. #3 MICRO-PERF™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper

Our #1 MICRO-PERF™ brand is our original 40 lb. perforated Kraft paper with decreased air flow for better air flotation. #3 MICRO-PERF™ perforated Kraft underlay paper can be purchased plain or waxed and is also available in heavy weight.

#3 TONKA-KRAFT™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper

Our #3 TONKA-KRAFT™ has micro holes in our engineered lightweight paper is over 37% lighter than 40 lb. paper. It provides as much airflow and better flotation than #1 MAX-AIR™ for most users. Benefit: Lower cost per yard and fewer roll changes. Available in 1075' rolls.

#4 TONKA-DUO™ Dual Purpose Paper

Our #4 TONKA-DUO™ Dual Purpose Paper is over 37% lighter than 40 lb. Much less costly per foot than heavier papers with tiny mini holes, our sturdy lightweight #4 TONKA-DUO™ can be used to plot on, then used as perforated paper on your cutter. Benefit: bundles are identified and one supply product is eliminated. 1175' rolls mean fewer roll changes. As a perforated paper, it will save you money. When used as a plotter paper, the savings more than double.

#4 MINI-PERF™ Perforated Kraft Underlay Paper

Our #4 MINI-PERF™ 40 lb. Kraft paper has mini holes that provide excellent flotation and vacuum if needed.
