Pattern Paper

Material Concepts’ pattern paper provides optimum performance for your sewn products manufacturing applications. Since sewn products manufacturing starts with the pattern, this critical step requires high quality pattern paper to begin the process with excellence. Another name for pattern paper is oak tag or oaktag. Our pattern papers:

Manila Pattern Paper
Our field-proven manila pattern paper is known for consistent and reliable performance in apparel manufacturing and other applications. It lays flat and easily accepts marking. Our manila pattern paper comes in rolls and sheets for your convenience, in standard and custom sizes, in large and small quantities.

Greenback Pattern Paper
With white on one side and green on the other, it is easy to identify face-up and face-down, top and bottom, left and right. Greenback pattern paper is high quality and easy to use. It comes in rolls and sheets, standard and custom sizes, large and small quantities.

Superior-White® Pattern Paper
The bright white of this pattern paper provides excellent contrast for applications where this is important. Its smooth, hard finish is great for any marking. We offer Superior-White® pattern paper in rolls only.

Tyvek® Pattern Paper
Where the special qualities of Tyvek® are required, our Tyvek® pattern paper is your best choice.
Made from high-density polyethylene fibers, Tyvek® pattern papers are water and tear resistant. Tyvek® is equally strong wet or dry, and its lightweight, flexible, smooth, particulate free, opaque, and resistant to water, rot, mildew, chemicals, abrasion, and aging. Tyvek® pattern paper is available in rolls only.

Colored Rope / Green Rope
Many names are used for this colored rope product, including green rope, red rope, and colored paper. Material Concepts offers .030" colored rope in drab, green, orange and scarlet, with thick edges for reusable patterns. Also available in .007" is pink, salmon, blue, green and yellow.

Pattern Fiber
Pattern fiber is very strong and is used for shapers and slopers. It is offered in .030" standard thickness 42" x 52" sheets. Other thicknesses also available.

Beaming
Beaming is often used for lining patterns as well as for pleating. It is available in 011" standard thickness.

Green Pattern Board
For exceptionally firm and rigid pattern, use green paper board. Our stock green paper board comes in .025" thick sheets, 24" x 36".

Other Pattern Materials
